Sleeping with Sirens, Florida’s sensational post hardcore and alternative rock artists are bringing their signature sounds to the Gramercy Theater!
Sleeping with Sirens was formed in Orlando in 2009 by vocalist Kellin Quinn, guitarists Jack Fowler and Jesse Lawson, bassist Justin Hills, and drummer Gabe Barham. They all had been in members of other post hardcore acts (For All We Know, Broadway, and Paddock Park) and they quickly got the attention metalcore record label Rise Records. A record deal followed and their debut studio album (With Ears to See and Eyes to Hear) came out in March 2010. Spurred by the success of its lead single (If I'm James Dean, You're Audrey Hepburn), the album hit #7 on Billboard’s Top Heatseekers Albums chart and #36 on its Top Independent Albums chart. The band’s been through many line up changes since then and it currently consists of Kellin (lead vocals, keyboards), Gabe Barham (drums, percussion), Justin Hills (bass guitar, backing vocals), Jack Fowler (lead guitar, programming), and Nick Martin (rhythm guitar, vocals). When on tour, they’re also joined by Alex Howard on rhythm guitar, keyboards. They’ve had a stellar career with 3 more studio albums, 19 singles, 1 extended play, 1 live album, 1 box set, and a demo tape.
Don’t miss your chance to see this Florida band marked by yearning, emotional post hardcore and the vocal acrobatics of singer Kellin Quinn!
