Tony Hinchcliffe, Cleveland’s sensational and multi talented comedian is bringing his indelible comedy to the Gramercy Theater!

Tony Hinchcliffe was born in Youngstown (Ohio) in 1984 and is a stand up comedian and podcast host. He grew up in a tough neighborhood and had to develop a sharp wit to avoid getting into fights. He said in an interview, “I have a small frame and I was raised in the most dangerous neighborhood in the country at the time. I had to be armed with a way to get people on my side and a way to make big people not want to mess with me. My way of doing that was making fun of people. No big bully wants to get made fun of by a little guy and have everybody laughing at him. It ended up being a muscle that got stronger and stronger with me, I loved the feeling of making my classmates laugh.” His comedic style is best described as a blend of satire, political satire, blue comedy (a style that’s off color, risqué, indecent or profane, and largely about sex), observational comedy, and he jokes about a variety of topics such as recreational drug use, self deprecation, everyday life, current events, politics, and religion. He’s released 1 comedy special, written for many Comedy Central Roasts, and he hosts the popular podcast KillTony.
